Melbourne has a number of weekend “Technology Markets” that rotate between venues. Today’s market is at RMIT in Bundoora. Vendors at these markets sell peripherals for modern PCs, mobile phone accessories and lots of pirated software and DVDs. A small contingent of Vintage Computer hobbyists, led by Ian Mavric, have turned out at today’s market. ..

I’ve started sorting through my collection of DEC PRO-350 and PRO-380 equipment. As part of this exercise, I will be imaging any original DEC floppy disks that I locate. I have today imaged a set of 8 disks which appear to be the installation disks for V1.5 of P/OS. I have not yet checked these ..
